We, at Clips like sugar manually inspect each and every item by hand prior to shipping to insure the best quality for our customers. But sometimes, things are missed. We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective within 30 days of the item being received. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at ClipsLikeSugar@Gmail.com with details of the product, order number and details on what is defective.
Once we have determined that the item is indeed defective, we will send you step as to how to send the item back to Clips Like Sugar and upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine the item and notify you via email within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
